i have been bailed up once on the train to work early on a saturday morning, outside parliament station on another saturday morning and 5 minutes later walking down the street by 3 gorgeous chicks using their charm..oops radiant spirits to flick off the mags.. maybe there is a price on my head......

A little background has to why I left 'The Truth'
by Kero-kero inhello all.. there was a request made by some here...well ok one person here to say a little bit about myself and what happened to my wifes nephew nad his unjust disfellowship.. ok...well, i think i have already said a little about myself before, so i will be quick.
started to study in 1987 and then was baptised in 1989 at hayesbridge assembly hall (sorry...my spelling...forgotton how to spell hayesbridge) in surrey just south of the m25.
i went to pakistan to help for a little while and there i met my now wife.

the elders, because they were "shepherds and overseers" believed they had the right to talk about you, your family, your job, your personality and so forth.....they pick apart any male in the hall under the guise of seeing whther someone "might qualify for privileges".

You know...none of my so called friends in the truth even invited me to their weddings. The brother who was my best man....did not invite me or my wife to his wedding....Why because people would gossip about me and say false things about me, I was strange, I was weird, I am not strong in the truth.
That sucks big hairy ones. I've been in that situation too and for me it was a massive kick in the balls. My best mate in the truth, the one i grew up with met sister stuck up, 15 yrs older than him and DESPERATE for a man. She swept him off his feet an they were arranging their marriage within 3 months. Of course i wasn't spiritual enough to get a wedding invite even though some brother that my "mate" thought was slimy and had just been publicly reproved because he couldn't control keep his fingers with an elders daughter did.
It killed our friendship and made me really conscious about how some people were two faced and judgemental within the truth.

What does the term 'Borg" mean?
by south african beef ini can understand some of the shorthand terms used on this site but could anyone elighten me on the above?
